We show up, load it up, and haul it off. No dumpster required — perfect for one-time cleanouts.
Service area
Sacramento County and surrounding areas. Based at 95828 (South Sac / Elk Grove) — Jim travels up to 1.5 hours in any direction. Depending on the size of the job he has gone farther. Jobs beyond 25 miles, add $2/mile one way.
Job size
No job too big or small — from a few trash bags to multiple dumpster loads. Jim once cleared a job that took 22 forty-yard dumpsters.
Loading
We load everything by hand. The trailer sits just 9" off the ground so heavy items are easy on/off. Equipment can be rented for large or heavy jobs.
What we won't haul
Anything with a title or that was once registered — cars, trucks, trailers, motorcycles. Otherwise, if it's legal, it's fair game.
Household hazardous waste
Limited to 120 lbs or 15 gallons, ~$25 per tote. Homeowners can drop off free at any Sacramento County location — see sacgreenteam.com.
Recycling
Mattresses, box springs, metal, TVs, e-waste, and appliances are separated and taken to recycling facilities. Reusable items get donated whenever possible.
Container dimensions
Two dumpsters carried at once — one on the trailer (12'D × 7.5'W × 5.5'T) and one on the truck (11'D × 7.5'W × 6'T). Each holds 18 yards for a combined 36 yards. One full dumpster ≈ 5 full pickup beds.
Rates
Rates are pro-rated by cubic yards used in the trailer. Prices below cover jobs within 25 miles of 95828. Add $2/mile beyond that. Each tier covers up to 2 hours of work — additional time is $40/hour.Franchise Hauler source-separated rates differ — call Jim for details.

Dirt & Cement (separated only)
- 1 wheelbarrow ≈ 6 cu ft · 5 wheelbarrows ≈ 30 cu ft · 27 cu ft = 1 yard (≈ 4.5–5 wheelbarrows per yard).
- Max 4–6 yards per haul due to weight. Minimum $100.
- Loose dirt: $140/yd backing up · $180/yd if not. Packed, wet, or clay costs more.
- Broken cement: $120/yd backing up · $140/yd if not.
Yard Clean Up
Heavy-duty equipment for the toughest lots. Price depends on lot size and whether you want it knocked down or raked up and disposed of.
Jim can also cut down trees and bushes as long as they aren't too large or too close to structures.
